Top 10 Books I'm Looking Forward to in 2013

Let's continue with the Top 10 of 2012: A week of looking back... and looking forward, hosted by Lisa from A Life Bound By Books, Jessica from Confessions of a Bookaholic, Rachel from Fiktshun, Jaime from Two Chicks on Books, and Mindy from Magical Urban Fantasy Reads.

Today's topic...

This is going to be an amazing year for books, I can already tell. Out of all the lists this week, this one was probably the most difficult. Most of these are part of a series. I also just realized that most don't have covers yet. What the? Anyway, here are just ten of the books I'm looking forward to in 2013 (in order or release date):

Shades of Earth by Beth Revis (15 January)

Prodigy by Marie Lu (29 January)

Scarlet by Marissa Meyer (5 February)

The Goddess Inheritance by Aimee Carter (26 February)

Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins (7 May)

Untitled Miss Peregrine #2 by Ransom Riggs (11 June)

Antigoddess by Kendare Blake (10 September)

Untitled Raven Cycle #2 by Maggie Stiefvater (September)

The House of Hades by Rick Riordan (October)

Requiem by Maggie Stiefvater (some time in 2013)

  1. I found this list to be the hardest too. There are so many great books coming out next year! I can´t wait for Shades of Earth, Isla and the Happily Ever After and Scarlet as well.

  2. I have hear nothing but good things about Scarlet. What I don't understand is why publishers change the style in the Across the universe series. The covers were really cute and make you want to read them :(

I hope you can have these books soon and tell us what your thoughts are about them :)

    1. I know, right? I liked the old covers for Across the Universe, too. :( I guess the publishers didn't want to give too much away. I do like the cover for Shades of Earth, though. It's all green and intriguing. I hope I can read these soon, too! Thanks! :)
