It's the End of the Month As We Know It: March 2014

Hey you guys! So... I've been really quiet as far as the blog and reading are concerned. I have no idea why, but I hope that things pick up again soon. I guess it wasn't a total fail, though. I got to do a fair amount of bookish things, just not really the typical bookish things. I had a weekend of awesomeness at the Tucson Festival of Books. I got to meet Lois Lowry, Cornelia Funke and Isaac Marion. I also got to see Shelley Coriell again and meet Morgan Rhodes. THEN I got to get my books by all these authors signed! It was a little overwhelming at first, and I didn't get to see as many authors as I would have liked, but I still had an absolute blast. Well, guess it's time to get this wrap-up, um, wrapped up!

Reviews Done

So the momentum I gained the last two months apparently didn't carry over into this month. Oops. Actually, I thought I had posted a review, but it apparently didn't schedule and stayed in my drafts. Dang. Next month will be better!

None this month, but there will definitely be some next month!

None this month, BUT I think there may be one when the Bloglovin' follower count reaches 300... just sayin'...

Read This Month

Wild Born (Spirit Animals #1) by Brandon Mull - A really great middle-grade adventure fantasy! Can't wait to read the others!
Warm Bodies by Isaac Marion - For some reason I thought this was a good pick to read when I had the flu. I don't know why. However, I really loved it and can no longer say I hate everything to do with zombies. Thanks a lot, R.
This Side of Salvation by Jeri Smith-Ready - An amazing look at faith and family. Loved it!
When You Were Mine by Rebecca Serle - This was Jen's pick for me to read for our reading swap! An interesting retelling of Romeo and Juliet from the POV of Juliet's cousin, Rosaline.

Hope To Read
